Give It Up For Gonzalo

Gonzalo Higuain scored the first hat-trick at the World Cup football finals on Thursday, leading Argentina to a convincing 4-1 victory over South Korea in Johannesburg.  The 22-year-old Higuain, who plays for the Spanish club Real Madrid, found the net in the 33rd, 76th and 80th minutes at the Soccer City Stadium.

Superstar Lionel Messi played a key role in all three of Higuain’s goals, as “La Albiceleste” from Argentina turned in one of the best performances so far at this World Cup.

In fact, I’d have to put Argentina’s performance right up there with Germany’s 4-0 thrashing of Australia on 13 June in Durban, South Africa.  Which team has impressed you the most?
