Violent clashes between rival clans have left at least 20 people dead in Somalia.
Sunday's fighting took place in the central Mudug region and injured at least 18 people.
A local official told VOA's Somali Service that the clashes were the latest in a long-standing dispute over grazing land.
Somali President Sheikh Sharif Sheikh Ahmed has said the government will send a delegation to the area in an effort to end the dispute.
