Crude Oil Prices Rise

Here are the prices of some key commodities traded in New York on Thursday:

Crude oil prices rose $2.05 to $98.70 per barrel.

Copper prices were up 11 cents at $4.43 per pound.

Coffee prices rose nearly 1 cent to $2.68 per pound.

Cocoa futures dropped $8 to $3,194 per ton.

In Chicago trading, wheat prices rose 8 cents to $6.35 per bushel.

Rice prices climbed 53 cents to $15.25 per hundredweight.
