Oil Prices Gain

Here are the prices of some key commodities traded in New York on Tuesday:

Crude oil prices gained almost $2 to settle at $97.50 a barrel.

Coffee prices fell 4 cents to end at $2.44 per pound.

Copper prices advanced 6 cents to close at $4.46 per pound.

Cocoa futures rose $5 to end the day's trading at $3,164 a ton.

In Chicago trading, wheat prices jumped 4 cents to close at $6.94 a bushel.

Rice prices fell 27 cents to end at $16.56 per hundredweight.
