An Indonesian militant suspected of coordinating the 2002 Bali bombings has been extradited from Pakistan to Indonesia.

Indonesian officials say Umar Patek, 41, arrived in the country early Thursday. A trial date has not yet been set.

Patek is suspected of playing a key role in the bombings that killed 202 people, mostly Westerners, in Bali nightclubs nine years ago. He is one of the last major figures in the attack to be arrested.

He was arrested in the Pakistani city of Abbottabad in January, months before al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden was killed in the same city.
