Officials say Pakistan is close to sending a key figure in the 2002 Bali bombings to Indonesia for trial.
Officials in Indonesia told the Associated Press the extradition is expected before the end of the month, while Pakistani officials say the extradition can occur at any time.
Indonesian national Umar Patek, 41, was arrested in the Pakistani city of Abbottabad in January, months before al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden was killed in the same city.
Authorities had offered a $1 million bounty for Patek's capture. He is suspected of having played a key role in the bombings that killed 202 people in Bali nightclubs nine years ago.
