Crude Oil Prices Rise

Here are the prices of some commodities traded in New York on Monday:

Crude oil prices jumped $2.50 to close at $87.88 a barrel.

Coffee prices gained more than 5 cents to end at $2.46 per pound.

Copper prices rose 2 cents to finish at $4.03 a pound.

Cocoa futures advanced $23 to end the day's trading at $2,902 per ton.

In Chicago trading, the price of wheat was up 10 cents to close at $7.13 a bushel.

Rice prices advanced 24 cents to hit $17.37 a hundredweight.
