Monsoon rains have killed at least 130 people and affected more than 2 million in Pakistan.

Local officials said Monday that three weeks of heavy rains have flooded thousands of fields and inundated villages in the southern Sindh province.

Last year, southern Pakistan was hardest hit by massive floods that swamped one-fifth of the country, killing 1,700 people and affecting more than 20 million others.
