Indian police say an explosion outside the High Court building in New Delhi Wednesday morning has wounded at least 24 people.

Officials say they are not yet sure what caused the blast. Indian television showed images of ambulances taking victims from the scene.

This blast is the second explosion at the High Court this year. In May, a small bomb exploded outside the same court, but did not cause any casualties.
