Police in Indian-controlled Kashmir say they have arrested two teenagers in connection with last week's deadly blast outside the High Court in the Indian capital.
A bomb hidden in a briefcase exploded near the courthouse's main gate on September 7 in New Delhi, killing 13 people.
The teenagers detained Wednesday are suspected of sending an email that said the al-Qaida-linked militant group Harkat-ul-Jihad al-Islami carried out the attack.
The email was traced to an Internet cafe in Indian-controlled Kashmir.
Police last week arrested a man in connection with the emailed claim of responsibility for the blast. Five others were detained for questioning.
A domestic militant group, the Indian Mujahideen, has also claimed responsibility for the attack.
The bombing was the first major terror attack in India since near-simultaneous triple bomb blasts targeted India's financial capital, Mumbai, two months ago. Twenty people were killed in that attack. No one has been arrested in that case, but authorities say they have focused their investigation on the Indian Mujahideen.
