British police say they have charged six men with terrorism related charges. The six were arrested last week in a major anti-terror operation in the Birmingham area.
Four men were charged Sunday with preparing for acts of terrorism. Police said two of them had travelled to Pakistan for terrorist training, including bomb and poison making. The other two were said to be planning a bombing campaign.
Two of the men were charged with failing to disclose information. One was also charged with terrorist fundraising.
The seven men all from the Birmingham area, hold British passports, and are between 25 and 32-years old.
The six men will appear before a West London Magistrate Monday.
Police also arrested a 22-year old woman in the anti-terror operation on suspicion of failing to disclose information that could help prevent an act of terrorism.
