Pakistan says it has tested an indigenously developed missile capable of delivering a nuclear warhead. Officials say the Haft-7 has a range of 700 kilometers and was tested Friday. 2 Killed in Pakistan Blast
Pakistani officials say a suicide bomb blast has targeted a police officer’s vehicle, killing the officer and his driver. Authorities say the men were attacked Friday as they drove through the northwestern town of Risalpur. Police say the slain officer, Akhtar Shah, had arrested militants.
