Philippines Labor Blacklist Spans 41 Countries

The Philippines government announced Wednesday that Philippine workers will be banned from working in the following countries which do not provide satisfactory protections against labor abuse.

21. Mauritania

22. Montenegro

23. Mozambique

24. Nauru

25. Nepal

26. Niger

27. Pakistan

28. Palestinian Territories
