Nordine Amran, who police said killed five people and wounded more than 120 others in a Tuesday gun-and-grenade attack in the Belgian city of Liege,

  • Was a 33-year old resident of Liege.

  • Had a history of run-ins with police.

  • Was not known to have any connection to terrorism.

  • Was to speak with police Tuesday about another incident.

  • Believed to have acted alone in Tuesday's killing spree.

  • Received a 58 month sentence for weapons and drug charges in September 2008.
