Bulgarian police say an explosion has ripped through a bus carrying Israeli tourists killing at least three people. At least 20 others were injured in the blast. Wednesday’s explosion occurred at the airport in the Black Sea resort area and damaged at least one other bus. The cause of the blast is unknown.
