The Democratic Republic of Congo has suspended the operating license of one of the country's largest airlines following a deadly crash that killed at least 83 people last week.
Late Thursday, a Transport Ministry spokesman said the move against Hewa Bora was until further notice and pending a government investigation into last Friday's crash.

In 2008, one of Hewa Bora's aircraft crashed in the eastern Congo city of Goma killing at least 40 people.
