U.S. video distributor Netflix announced Monday the expansion of its service into Latin America and the Caribbean.
It said video service started Monday in Brazil and would expand to 34 countries in the region, allowing people to instantly watch a wide selection of movies and television programs by September 12.
Netflix Latin American programming will be available in Spanish, Portuguese and English and available on computers and video game platforms.
Netflix first expanded internationally in September 2010, when it made services available across Canada.
