Hong Kong police say they seized 560 kilograms of cocaine and arrested eight people in the territory's largest-ever cocaine bust.
The chief of the police narcotics bureau said some of the drugs could have been destined for other countries.
Police said five men and three women were arrested in a series of raids that began Friday. They included five Mexicans, an American and a Colombian.
Narcotics officers said the cocaine, estimated to be worth $77 million, was seized from a large warehouse and several other locations around the city.
