The 35-member board of the International Atomic Energy Agency adopted a resolution that criticizes Iran over its disputed nuclear program. Here are the major provisions of the resolution.

– The resolution expresses “deep and increasing concern” about unresolved issues concerning Tehran's nuclear activities and its possible development of an atomic weapon.

– It stresses the need for Iran and the IAEA to “intensify their dialogue” over the disputed program.

– It urges Iran to “comply fully and without delay” to its obligations to the U.N. Security Council and the U.N. nuclear watchdog agency.

– It calls on Iran to “engage seriously and without preconditions” in talks that could restore “international confidence” that Iran's nuclear program is peaceful.
