A top Italian prosecutor says a lone suspect and not the Mafia is likely responsible for Saturday's deadly bomb blast at a school in southern Italy.
The bombing in the Adriatic port town of Brindisi killed a 16 year-old girl and wounded at least six other people. One of the victims was in very serous condition Sunday.
Police say they have surveillance video of a man they believe is the suspect. They have not released details on the alleged bomber and say they do not know what his motive may have been.
Initial blame was cast on the Mafia because the Morvillo-Falcone school is named for a murdered anti-Mafia prosecutor and his wife.
The bombing shocked Italy. Prime Minister Mario Monti calls the attack an outrage.
