Muslim Brotherhood candidate Mohamed Morsi has been declared the winner of Egypt’s presidential run-off. A huge cheer went up from Tahrir square where supporters of Mr. Morsi gathered. Mr. Morsi defeated former Mubarak-era prime minister Ahmed Shafiq.
