U.S. presidential candidate Mitt Romney is in Israel on the second leg of a foreign trip aimed at boosting his foreign policy credentials.

Romney arrived in Tel Aviv Saturday night for talks Sunday with Israeli leaders. He will also meet Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad in Jerusalem.

Romney, a longtime friend of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, is expected to express his support for Israel and discuss Iran's nuclear program.

Romney arrived in Israel from Britain, where he attended the opening of the London Olympic Games. He travels on to Poland Monday, the last stop on his tour.
